We just got the call. Miss Joy is gone. They said she had gone about 90 minutes ago in her sleep. I will most likely be out of it the next week or 2. Bear with me, I haven't ever lost anyone before. I WILL ALWAYS HAVE YOU IN MY HEART! R.I.P. Gone but certainly not forgotten.

My first loss was at 7 years old. It doesn't get easier. I don't know what else to say except that we are here for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks. Support of friends and my mom is about what's getting me through. Some 'herb' and lots of eating helps too. Again, thanks, I will keep on this - but I may be away from the computer for a few days next week. I got to go through her stuff and begin to sell it or donate it. She was one of millions that had no health insurance and died with little money. We are trying to raise money to get her cremated (her desire) or other programs the state/county may have for reduce cost burial / cremation services. Bear with me a few weeks, this is all new to me.
